Da Kine Popper Dip!


  • 2 blocks Philly cream cheese
  • Da Kine Hawaiian Da Rub
  • 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 7 jalapenos chopped
  • 12 strips bacon chopped and cooked
  • Da Kine Hawaiian Pineapple Syrup



  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
  2. Using a cast iron skillet, place 2 blocks of cream cheese in the pan.
  3. Sprinkle cream cheese generously with Da Rub.

  4. Add shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapenos, and cooked bacon on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Place in oven uncovered and cook for 2 hours at 225.  Gently mix ingredients together and drizzle pineapple syrup on top.  
  6. Serve immediately with chips, crackers or veggies. So dang good!
