Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients:

2 lbs ground turkey

1 Tbs Da Kine Hawaiian Da Rub 

1 c Da Kine Hawaiian Spicy BBQ Sauce (1/4 c for meat mixture, 3/4 c for glaze)

1 1/2 Tbs. Da Kine Hawaiian Hot Soy Sauce

1 1/2 Tbs. Da Kine Hawaiian Hot Mustard Sauce

2 eggs

3/4 c panko or bread crumbs

1 small chopped onion (sauteed)

3-4 chopped garlic cloves

First, sautee chopped onion in pan with 1 Tbs of olive oil until tender. Add chopped garlic and cook for a couple more minutes.  Add this to the rest of the ingredients above and mix together. Divide mixture in half and put on large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick oil. Form 2 loaves and glaze with 3/4 c Da Kine Hawaiian Spicy BBQ Sauce.  Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until cooked through. The free form loaves allows the juices and fat to ooze out during cooking. After baking scrape away the fat. Let rest 5 min. Slice and enjoy!
