These Da Kine Hawaiian Smoky BBQ Pork Chops are smokalicious! This is how we made them.
1. Prep chops with our Da Rub Smoky by sprinkling generously all over and massaging into the meat. Let seasoning absorb for at least an hour before placing in the oven.
2. Throw them on the grill on low for 15 minutes each side or until the internal temperature of 160 degrees.
3. Last but not least, baste them with a combination (equal parts) of our BBQ Sauce (any one of our 3 will do) Enjoy!
